What is your warranty?

Maxine of Hollywood offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Maxine of Hollywood via MaxineSwim.com or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Maxine of Hollywood via MaxineSwim.com or an authorized retailer.
