Can I return my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a different item, store credit, or a full refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Returns after 30 days will be rejected.

Qualifications for Returns:

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on items marked "Final Sale"
  • Swimsuits cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
  • No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.
  • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
  • The returned items must be received in our warehouse no later than 40 days for your original order date.

How do I return my order?

Upon accessing our Returns portal at maxineswim.com, you will need to input your order number and shipping zip/postal code to start a return/exchange. Our system will present you with the option to exchange the unwanted product for a different size, different color, or a different product altogether.

Once you've followed all the required steps in our portal, a shipping label will be generated for you, at no cost, to drop off the unwanted item. Once our system detects the unwanted item has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier, your exchange order will be immediately placed.

Where do I return my order?

The label could be for either FedEx or USPS (post office) and will clearly state that on the label. Read your return shipping label and follow the instructions. Please do not return orders to UPS.

When I will receive my refund? 

Your refund will be processed back to you as soon as your return is dropped off with our carrier partner. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. 

I bought my Maxine of Hollywood swimsuit at a retail store or from a different website. Can I return it to you?

We are only able to accept returns/exchanges for purchases made through maxineswim.com. We suggest reaching out directly to the company you made the purchase from to process your return. 

Are shipping charges refunded?

Shipping charges are NON-refundable. 

What if I lose/misplace the shipping bag my item originally arrived in?

No problem! You're able to return your item in any shipping bag you have handy. Just flip the bag inside out and don't forget to stick your return label on it and you're good to go!
